This experiential workshop is designed to show the results of the application Group Brainspotting to different groups of first responders and volunteers in Ecuador. Glenda will discuss group experiences with Brainspotting and the results of Pre and Post-test intervention with diverse populations. She will show how to use a Brainspotting set-up with groups, through a brief group experience.
Glenda is certified in NMT Phase I and enrolled in Phase II. She is certified in the Infant-Parent Mental Health Program (IPMHP) at the University of Massachusetts –Boston. Glenda is a Certified Theraplay Therapist, Supervisor and Trainer. Glenda is also a Supervisor, Facilitator and Full Trainer of EMDR. She is Brainspotting Senior trainer for Latin America. Certified Therapeutic Psychodramatist Faculty (trainer in psychodrama) and former President of APSE (Ecuador's Psichodramatists Association. She has taught in Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, and El Salvador. Currently, Glenda is the director of Serendipitá Ecuador and guest professor at Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
